Meet Steph Sisson

The Pure Me journey began with my own personal health.

After starting in perimenopause, I felt like there was a lot of confusion, frustration, and misinformation out there when it came to what was going on with my body. After trying and disliking HRT, I wanted to create an all-natural product that would help other women like me who were in search of something natural that actually works.

With a background in nursing and a Professional Food technologist and Nutritionist for over twenty years, I decided to develop specific products to help other women navigate the journey of menopause and embrace the change.

The outcome of all this work is Vital Wellbeing shot that has been re-iterated 21 times so far. It contains phytoestrogens, antioxidants, vitamin C, sulforaphane, Manuka honey, dietary fibre and a large range of priobiotics, for maximum impact.

While it worked really well for me, when my family and friends started raving about it, I realised that this was a game-changer and I reduced the range to focus on this one amazing product.

I hope you enjoy Pure Me Vital as much as I do and gain the same amazing benefits from it as I do.

Our Impact

Improving Childhood Food Insecurity

At Pure Me, we are passionately committed to our mission of securing food for children in need.

We believe that access to nutritious meals is fundamental for children’s health and development. Our partnership with a charity in Christchurch, NZ is at the heart of our efforts. Together we aim to achieve significant milestones, particularly if support for Ka Ora, Ka Aka, Healthy School Lunches Programme does not continue.

Pure me is dedicated to eradicating childhood food insecurity, one meal at a time.
